ORDER


RE: February Status Conference/Pretrial Conference Hearings

Due to the recent storm, the Court will reschedule the hearings on (1) Niacin Defendants' Motion to Preclude the Expert Testimony of Dr. Bernheim and Dr. Perloff as Related to Niacin, and (2) Defendants' Motion In Limine to Exclude the Expert Reports and Testimony of Dr. Perloff, however, the February Status Conference and Pretrial Conference will go forward. Thus, it is hereby ORDERED that:

(1) Niacin Defendants' Motion to Preclude the Expert Testimony of Dr. Bernheim and Dr. Perloff as Related to Niacin scheduled for hearing on February 19, 2003 and Defendants' Motion In Limine to Exclude the Expert Reports and Testimony of Dr. Perloff to be heard February 20, 2003 are continued until a date to be determined by the Court at the February Status Conference.

(2) The Status Conference and Pretrial Conference will be held as previously Ordered on Thursday, February 20, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. SO ORDERED.
