ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION

The Court has reviewed the Report and Recommendation of United States Magistrate Judge Stephanie FC. Bowman filed on February 8, 2022. (Doc. 5.) The Magistrate Judge recommended that Plaintiffs application to proceed in forma pauperis (Doc. 4) be denied, and that this case be dismissed for failure to comply with the Court's Deficiency Order (Doc. 3) or. in the alternative, for lack of subject matter jurisdiction and for failure to state any federal claim against Defendants.

No objections to the Report and Recommendation have been filed and the time to do so has expired. Accordingly, the Court hereby ADOPTS and AFFIRMS the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation. This case is hereby TERMINATED from the docket of this Court.

IT IS SO ORDERED. 1
