ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
On April 23, 2019, appellants filed a notice of voluntary dismissal, which we construe as a motion by appellants to voluntarily dismiss this appeal. Cause appearing, the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed. NRAP 42(b). The parties shall bear their own attorney fees and costs.
Appellants' notice of substitution of counsel is hereby approved. NRAP 46(e)(2). The clerk of court shall remove Ian Christopherson and Flangas Law Firm, LTD, as counsel of record for appellants and substitute Frank C. Gilmore and Robison, Sharp, Sullivan & Brust as counsel for appellants. --------
