CERTIORARI TO THE UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE SECOND CIRCUIT.

Upon suggestion of mootness, judgment vacated and case remanded to the District Court with directions to vacate the judgment of conviction and dismiss the indictment.
