On October 8, 2024, one of Petitioner's counsel filed with the Court a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. Petitioner's Counsel Richard Kestenbaum informed the Court that Petitioner has been non-cooperative and requested that he be withdrawn as counsel in this case. The Motion included updated contact information for Petitioner.
On October 30, 2024, Petitioner's other counsel filed with the Court a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. Petitioner's Counsel Scott Kestenbaum informed the Court that Petitioner has been non-cooperative and requested that he be withdrawn as counsel in this case. The Motion included updated contact information for Petitioner.
On October 30, 2014, the Court held a conference call with Respondent's counsel, Petitioner's Counsel Richard Kestenbaum, and Petitioner.
On November 5, 2024, Petitioner's counsel filed with the Court a Status Report. Petitioner's counsel informed the Court that Petitioner is still non-cooperative, and both counsel is therefore unable to move forward with representation. Petitioner's counsel requested that the Court withdraw both Mr. Richard Kestenbaum and Mr. Scott Kestenbaum as counsel for Petitioner.
For cause, it is
ORDERED that Petitioner's Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, filed with the Court on October 8, 2024, is granted and Richard Kestenbaum is withdrawn as counsel for Petitioner. It is further
ORDERED that Petitioner's Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, filed with the Court on October 30, 2024, is granted and Scott Kestenbaum is withdrawn as counsel for Petitioner. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall update Petitioner's address and contact information as listed in paragraph 6 of Petitioner's counsel's Motion to Withdraw, filed with the Court on October 8, 2024.
