Indictments charging defendant with conspiracy, robbery, unlawful possession of instruments of crime, unlawful possession of a prohibited offensive weapon and assault. Before SMITH, J., without a jury. Appeal, No, 634, Oct. T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Nov. T., 1973, Nos. 15 and 16. Submitted December 2, 1974.
