Indictments charging defendant with burglary, robbery, conspiracy, carrying concealed deadly weapons, wantonly pointing a firearm and related offenses. Before GROSHENS, P.J. Appeal, No. 1187, Oct. T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, April T., 1973, No. 818, and Nos. 1884 to 1889, inclusive, of 1973. Submitted December 2, 1974.
