Indictment charging defendant with assault and battery and aggravated robbery. Before STOUT, J., without a jury. Appeals, Nos. 384 and 385, Oct. T., 1968, from judgments of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia County, Jan. T., 1967, Nos. 70 and 71. Argued June 11, 1968.
