Indictments charging defendant with robbery, carrying firearms on public streets or public property, unlawfully carrying firearms without a license, unlawful possession of instruments of crime, aggravated assault and conspiracy. Before MURPHY, JR., J. Appeal, No. 1186, Oct. T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Dec. T., 1973, Nos. 1072 and 1073. Submitted December 6, 1974.

Judgment of sentence affirmed and the defendant is directed to appear in the court below at such time as he may be there called, and that he be by that court committed until he has complied with the sentence, or any part thereof which has not been performed at the time the appeal was made a supersedeas.
