Indictments charging defendant with possession of explosive substances and noxious liquid substances, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, and violation of the Uniform Firearms Act. Before BROWN, J. Appeals, Nos. 727 to 730, inclusive, Oct. T., 1969, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, June T., 1968, Nos. 92 to 95, inclusive. Argued March 24, 1970. Daniel H. Shertzer, for appellant; James F. Heinly, Assistant District Attorney, with him Clarence C. Newcomer, District Attorney, for Commonwealth, appellee.


OPINION PER CURIAM: Judgment of sentence affirmed, and the defendant is directed to appear in the court below at such time as he may be there called, and that he be by that court committed until he has complied with the sentence, or any part thereof which has not been performed at the time the appeal was made a supersedeas.
