Indictments charging defendant with robbery, possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver and manufacture a controlled substance, aggravated assault and simple assault. Before REED, J. Verdicts of guilty of robbery, possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to manufacture a controlled substance. Judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 576, April T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Beaver County, Nos. 556 and 557 of 1976. Submitted November 14, 1977.
