Indictments charging defendant with burglary, theft by unlawful taking or disposition, theft by receiving stolen property and conspiracy. Before MIRARCHI, Jr., J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1412, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Jan. T., 1975, No. 651. Submitted December 16, 1975.
