Summary
In Hobbs v. Boatright, 195 Mo. 693, [113 Am. St. Rep. 709, 93 S.W. 934], the facts were almost identical with those in the case of Wright v. Stewart, 130 Fed. 905. There, as here, the dupe thought he was in a conspiracy to defraud others in a fake footrace, the result of which he understood to be prearranged.
