Liquor Law — Licenses — Suspension — Female serving alcoholic beverages behind bar — Female manager of corporate licensee — Liquor Code.
In this case, in which it appeared that subsequent to the issuance of a restaurant liquor license to a corporation, a female, who was the secretary, treasurer, director and owner of all of the stock of the licensee, operated the restaurant and taproom business in the capacity of manager, a position which was approved by the Liquor Control Board; and that thereafter the corporation's license was suspended on the ground that it had permitted a female to render service of alcoholic beverages from behind the bar, in violation of § 493, subsection 25 of the Liquor Code, Act of April 12, 1951, P.L. 90; it was Held that the order of the court below reversing the order of the board and sustaining the appeal should be affirmed.
