AMENDMENT TO DECISION AND ORDER
May 12,1938
On April 13, 1938, the National Labor Relations Board, herein
called the Board, issued a Decision and Order 1 in the above-entitled
proceeding. Due to inadvertence the name of Earle Turner was
omitted from Schedule A which was annexed to and made a part
of the said Decision and Order. The Board hereby amends its said
Decision and Order, by adding the name of Earle Turner to Schedule
A annexed thereto.
MR. DONALD WAKEFIELD SMITH took no part in the consideration of
the above Amendment to Decision and Order.
