Case No. 84107 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES November 27, 1940 On October 28, 1940, the National Labor Relations Board issued -its Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled pro- ceeding.l Pursuant to the Direction of Election, 'an election by secret ballot was conducted on November 6, 1940, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Ninth Region (Cincin- ,nati, Ohio). On November 7, 1940, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued an Election Report, copies of which were duly served upon the parties. No ob- jection to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. F. of L., has'been desig- nated and selected by a majority of all warehouse and other workers in the employ of Wheeling Corrugating Company, at its Louisville, Kentucky, plant, excluding the superintendent and others having the right to hire and fire, foremen, office and clerical workers, watch- men or guards, salesmen and janitors, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining and that, pursuant,to the provi- sions of Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, The Truck Drivers Local Union #89 of The International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehouse Workers and Helpers of Amer- ica, A. 'F. of L., is the exclusive representative of all such em- ployees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
