Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was conducted on May 17, 1940, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Second Region (New York City). On May 20, 1940, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regula- tions-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties, her Election Report. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or to the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. B., No. 68. 722 WESTINGHOUSE ELECTRIC & MANUFACTURING COMPANY 723 a majority of all production and maintenance employees of Westing- house Electric & Manufacturing Company at its Belleville plant, Belleville , New Jersey , including truck drivers and watchmen, but excluding office and engineering employees , supervisors , and foremen, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to the provisions of Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, United Electrical , Radio & Machine Workers of America, Local 410, is the .exclusive representative of all such em- ployees for the purposes of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages , hours of employment , and other conditions of employment.
