The Motion to Request a Presidential Pardon for the February 17, 1998
Admonition is denied. Accordingly, the Board’s Order dated February 17, 1998,
admonishing Respondents’ attorney, David Rosenfeld, is still in effect, and
Attorney Rosenfeld must continue to comply with the Agency’s standards of
ethical and professional conduct.1
