AMENDMENT TO "DIRECTION OF ELECTION
October 1, 1938
On June 1, 1938 , the National Labor Relations Board, herein called
the Board , issued a Decision , Order and Direction of Election 1 in the
above-entitled proceeding , the election to be held at such time as the
Board should thereafter direct, under the direction and supervision
of the Regional Director for the Sixteenth Region ( Fort Worth,
Texas).
The Board , being advised that there has been sufficient compliance
with its Order to permit an election uninfluenced by the respondent's
conduct, hereby amends its Direction of Election by striking there-
from the words "at such time as the Board shall hereafter direct as
stated in Section IX of the above decision " and substituting therefor
the words "within fifteen ( 15) days from September 30, 1938."
MR. DONALD WAKEFIELD SMITH took no part in the consideration of
the above Amendment to Direction of Election.

SECOND AMENDMENT TO DIRECTION OF ELECTION
October 10, 1938
On June 1, 1938, the National Labor Relations Board, herein called
the Board, issued a Decision, Order and Direction of Election in
the above-entitled proceeding, the election to be held at such time

as the Board should thereafter direct, under the direction and super-
vision of the Regional Director for the Sixteenth Region (Fort
Worth, Texas).
On October 1, 1938, the Board amended its Direction of Election
by striking therefrom the words "at such time as the Board shall
hereafter direct as stated in Section IX of the above decision" and
substituting therefor the words "within fifteen (15) days from Sep-
tember 30, 1938."
The Board hereby further amends its Direction of Election,. ,as
amended, by striking therefrom the words "within fifteen (15) days
from September 30, 1938" and substituting therefor the words ap-
pearing in the original Direction of Election.
MR. DONALD WAKEFIELD SMITH took no part in the consideration
of the above Second Amendment to Direction of Election.
