AMENDMENT TO DECISION AND ORDER
December 16. 1.938
On November 21, 1938, the National Labor Relations Board, herein
called the Board, issued a Decision and Order 1 in the above-entitled
proceeding. The Order provided, inter alia, that the respondent, Tit-
mus Optical Company, "cease and desist from:
"(a) Discouraging membership in Optical Workers Union, Local
No. 20682, or any other labor organization of its employees, by dis-
charging any of its employees, or in any manner discriminating in
regard to hire or tenure of employment or any term or condition of
employment ;"
The Board hereby amends its Order by appending to the words
quoted above the following words : ", because of their membership or
activity in Optical Workers Union, Local No. 20682, or any other
labor organization."
MR. DONALD WAKEFIELD SMITH took no part in the consideration of
the above Amendment to Decision and Order.
