R-2062 and R-2063 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES November 02, 1940 On October 24, 1940, the National Labor Relations Board issued its Decision and Direction of Elections in the above-entitled pro- ceedings.' Pursuant to the Direction of Elections, elections by secret ballot were conducted on November 4, 1940, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Eighth Region (Cleve- land, Ohio). On November 6, 1940, the-Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. Kinnan and Raymond J. Wil- liams have been designated and selected by a majority of the produc- tion and maintenance employees of The Robinson-Ransbottom Pot- tery Company, Roseville, Ohio, excluding clerical and supervisory employees, as their representatives for the purposes of collective bar- gaining, and that, pursuant to the provisions of Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, Harry F. Kinnan and Raymond J. Williams are the exclusive representatives of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, . hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
