In the Matter of THE PARK FLORAL COMPANY and UNITED GREEN- HOUSE AND FLORAL WORKERS UNION No. 510 OF THE UNITED CAN- NERY, AGRICULTURAL, PACKING AND ALLIED WORKERS OF AMERICA, AFFILIATED WITH THE CONGRESS OF INDUSTRIAL ORGANIZATIONS Case No. R-1540 , ORDER PERMITTING WITHDRAWAL OF PETITION April 11, 1940 A petition, pursuant to Section 9 (c) of the Act, having been filed in the above-entitled case, a hearing having been duly held before a Trial Examiner duly designated, the Board having issued a Decision and Direction of Election,I and, thereafter, United Green- house and Floral Workers Union, No. 510, having requested permis- sion to withdraw the said petition, the Board, on April 4, 1940, having given due notice that on April 10, 1940, or as soon thereafter as might be convenient, it would permit the withdrawal of the said petition, unless sufficient cause to the contrary should then appear, and no objections having been filed with the Board, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the request of United Greenhouse and Floral Workers Union, No. 510, for permission to withdraw the said petition be, and it hereby is, granted, and that Case No. R-1540 be, and it hereby is, closed. 119 N.
