R-1091 and C-1183 ORDER PERMITTING WITHDRAWAL OF PETITION March 22, 1940 A petition and amended petition, pursuant to Section 9 (c) of the Act, having been filed by Local 705, United Electrical, Radio & Machine Workers of America in Case No. R-1091, charges and amended charges, pursuant to Section 10 (b) of the Act, having been filed by Local 705, United Electrical, Radio & Machine Workers of America in Case No. C-1183, the Board having issued its complaint thereon, Cases Nos. R-1091 and C-1183 having been consolidated, a hearing in the above-entitled cases having been duly held before a Trial Examiner duly designated, and on February 27, 1940, the Board having issued its Decision, Order, and Direction of Election,' and, thereafter, by telegram dated March 18, 1940, United Electrical, Radio & Machine Workers of America having requested permission to withdraw the said petitions filed in Case No. R-1091, and the Board having duly considered the matter, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the request of United Electrical, Radio & Machine Workers of America for permission to withdraw the said petitions filed in Case No. R-1091 be, and it hereby is, granted, and Case No. R-1091 be, and it hereby is, closed. 120 N L.
