R-278 and. C-293 SECOND SUPPLEMENTAL DECISION AND SECOND SUPPLEMENTAL ORDER' August 16, 1940 On April 18, 1938, the National Labor Relations Board,, , herein called the Board, issued a Decision, Order, and Direction of Election' in the above-entitled proceedings. On June 29, 1940, the Board issued a Supplemental Decision, Supplemental Order, and Amend- ment to Direction of Election. 2 Pursuant to the Direction of Elec- tion, as amended, an election by secret ballot was conducted on July 22, 1940, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Twelfth Region (Milwaukee, Wisconsin). On July 25, 1940, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or to the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. The petition for investigation and certification of representatives of employees of The Falk Corporation, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, will, therefore, be dismissed. ORDER By;virtue of, Section ,9 (c) of the' National Labor Relations Act, 49 Stat. 449, and pursuant to Article III, Sections 8 and 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED 'that the petition' for investigation and certification of representatives of employees of The Falk Corporation, Milwaukee, Wisconsin; 'filed by Amalgamated ' Association of Iron, Steel and Tin Workers of North America, Lodge 1528, affiliated with the Congress of Industrial Organizations; be, and,it hereby is, dis- missed.
