In the Matter of SEAS SHIPPING COMPANY, INC. and NATIONAL MARINE ENGINEERS' BENEFICIAL ASSOCIATION Case No. C-223 ORDER April 30, 1938 On January 4, 1938, the National Labor Relations Board, herein called the Board, acting pursuant to the National Labor Relations Act, 49 Stat. 449, issued its Decision and an Order based thereon against the Seas Shipping Company, Inc.,' herein called the respond- ent, in which the respondent was ordered to cease and desist from certain unfair labor practices, and to take certain other affirmative action. The Board being fully advised in the premises, and after due con- sideration hereby orders that the Decision, including findings of fact, and conclusions of law, and the Order in the above-entitled matter be, and they hereby are, vacated and set aside without prejudice to any party in the proceeding. 14 N.
