R-1710 and R-1711, respectively CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES April 2, 1940 On March 8, 1940, the National Labor Relations Board, herein called the Board, issued a Decision, Direction of Election, and Cer- tification of Representatives in the above-entitled proceedings.' Pur- suant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was conducted on March 15, 1940, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Ninth Region (Cincinnati, Ohio). On the same day, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regula- tions-Series 2, as amended, issued an Election Report, copies of which were duly served upon the parties.
