LEBLOND MACHINE TOOL Co., CINCINNATI ELECTRICAL TOOL CO. and INDEPENDENT EMPLOYEES ORGANIZATION Case No. R-1655 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES May 7,1940 On March 30, 1940, the National Labor Relations Board, herein called the Board, issued a Supplemental Decision and Second Direc- tion of Election in the above-entitled proceeding.' Pursuant to the Second Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was con- ducted on April 23, 1940, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Ninth Region (Cincinnati, Ohio). On April 24, 1940, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regula- tions-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. B., No. 50. 621 622 DECISIONS OF NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD cinnati Electrical Tool Co., Cincinnati, Ohio, including hourly paid powerhouse employees and apprentices, but excluding watchmen, salaried powerhouse employees, foremen, assistant foremen, super- visors in charge of any class of labor, timekeepers, salaried employees, cooperative students, student summer employees, office employees, rate setters, and draftsmen, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, Independent Employees Organization is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
