ORDER VACATING AND SETTING ASIDE DECISION AND
DIRECTION OF ELECTION AND RECORD
January 30, 1940
The Board , on December 29, 1939, having issued a Decision and
Direction of Election in the above -entitled case,' and the Board
having given due notice that on Saturday , January 27, 1940, or as
soon thereafter as might be convenient , unless sufficient cause to the
contrary should then appear, it would vacate and set aside . the said
Decision and Direction of Election and the record in the above case,
without prejudice to . reinstatement thereof upon application by
either of the labor organizations involved; and no sufficient cause
to the contrary appearing,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the said Decision and Direction of Elec-
tion and the record in the above case be , and they hereby are, vacated
and set aside without prejudice to reinstatement thereof upon appli-
cation by either of the labor organizations involved.
