ORDER
Counsel for the General Counsel’s Motion to Sever and Remand Allegations in
the Complaint to Process a Withdrawal Request is granted. Accordingly, the allegations
involving the Respondent’s maintenance of Personnel Handbook Rule III.Q and the
email-usage rule set forth in Attachment A to the handbook are remanded to the
Regional Director for Region 7 for further appropriate action.
