On January 16, 1940, the Regional Di- rector , acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or to the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. B., No. 46. 458 NEWARK RIVET WORKS 459 production ,, shipping,; and' maintenance employees of the Newark Rivet Works, Newark, New Jersey , including operators of all types of machines, assembly workers, shipping workers, truck drivers, car- penters, and watchmen , but excluding superintendents, foremen, sub or assistant superintendents , sub or assistant foremen, and office cleri- cal help , as their representative for the purpose of collective bar- gaining, and that pursuant to the provisions of Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, Newark Rivet Works Employees Mu- tual Association is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment , and other conditions of employment.
