D/B/A SPARKS RESTAURANT and Cases 02-CA-142626 02-CA-144852 UNITED FOOD AND COMMERCIAL WORKERS LOCAL 342 ORDER TRANSFERRING PROCEEDING TO THE BOARD and NOTICE TO SHOW CAUSE On July 9, 2020, the General Counsel filed with the National Labor Relations Board a motion for partial summary judgment on the ground that the Respondent’s answer to certain allegations of the compliance specification fail to satisfy the requirements of Section 102.56(b) of the Board’s Rules and Regulations.1 The General Counsel also seeks summary judgment with respect to certain allegations of the compliance specification that the Respondent admitted.2 Having duly considered the matter, IT IS ORDERED that the above-entitled proceeding be transferred to and continued before the Board in Washington, D.C.
