INC., d/b/a DENNY'S TRANSMISSION SERVICE and RON MILLER and DALE WEIGHTMAN Cases 28-CA-140217 28-CA-140237 SUPPLEMENTAL ORDER A controversy having arisen over the amounts of backpay due the discriminatees under the terms of the Order1 issued by the National Labor Relations Board on May 11, 2016, the Regional Director for Region 28, on August 10, 2016, issued a Compliance Specification and Notice of Hearing. Pursuant thereto, a hearing was held before Administrative Law Judge Joel P. Biblowitz. Thereafter, on October 19, 2016, the Administrative Law Judge Joel P. Biblowitz issued his Decision and, on the same date, the proceeding was transferred to and continued before the Board in Washington, D.C. The Administrative Law Judge determined the amounts of backpay due the discriminatee and recommended that the Respondent pay such amount. No statement of exceptions having been filed with the Board, and the time allowed for such filing having expired, Pursuant to Section 10(c) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended and Section 102.48 of the National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations, the Board adopts the 1 363 NLRB No. 190 (2016). 2 findings and conclusions of the Administrative Law Judge as contained in his Decision, and orders that the Respondent, M.D.V.L. Inc., d/b/a Denny's Transmission Service, its officers, agents, successors, and assigns, shall pay the amount set forth in the Decision of the Administrative Law Judge.
