On December 5 the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III,, Section 9, of National -Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations- Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties his Election Report. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or to the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. B., No. 118. 772 KROEHLER MANUFACTURING COMPANY 773 and cotton departments, but excluding persons employed in the cab- inet room, mill room No. 3, mill room No. 4, and the spring manufac- turing department, 'foremen and supervisors, shipping room' em- ployees, truck drivers, maintenance employees, elevator operators, janitors, engineers, firemen, powerhouse employees, and clerical em- ployees, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargain- ing and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, Upholsterers and Allied Crafts, Local Union No. 37, of Upholsterers' International Union of North America is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other, conditions of employment.
