DECISION AND CERTIFICATION OF RESULTS OF ELECTION
The National Labor Relations Board has considered objections and a determinative
challenged ballot in an election held September 25, 2015, and the hearing officer's report
recommending disposition of them. The election was conducted pursuant to a Decision and
Direction of Election. The revised tally of ballots shows 3 ballots cast for and 3 ballots cast
against the Petitioner.
No exceptions have been filed to the hearing officer's report within the time provided.
Accordingly, the Board adopts the hearing officer's findings and recommendations, and finds
that a certification of results of election should be issued.1

1 The hearing officer recommended overruling the Petitioner’ objections in their entirety.

CERTIFICATION OF RESULTS OF ELECTION
IT IS CERTIFIED that a majority of the valid ballots have not been cast for Local 243,
International Brotherhood Of Teamsters (IBT), and that it is not the exclusive collective-
bargaining representative of these bargaining unit employees.
