The Board, on January 19, 1940, having issued a Decision, Order,
and Direction of Election in Cases Nos. C-774 and R-770,1 and; by
order duly made, having severed these cases, and, on May 14, 1940,
American Federation of Hosiery Workers having requested permis-
sion to withdraw its petition filed in Case No. R-770, and the Board
having duly considered the matter,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the request of American Federation of
Hosiery Workers for permission to withdraw its petition be, and it
hereby is, granted, and that Case No. R-770 be, and it hereby is,
closed.
