Case No. R-847 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES December 19, 1940 'On January 2, 1940, the National Labor Relations Board issued a Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled proceed- ing.' Pursuant thereto an election by secret ballot was conducted on various dates between February 24 and November 23, 1940, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Second Region (New York City). On December 5, 1940 the Regional Di- rector issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report. No objections have been filed to the Election Report.
