ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION
On August 26, 2020, the Board denied the Respondent Union’s motion to
dismiss the consolidated complaint, finding that the Respondent failed to establish that
the Board lacks jurisdiction over this matter under Section 10(b) of the Act. The
Respondent’s motion for reconsideration of the Board’s denial of its motion to dismiss is
also denied. The Respondent has not identified any material error or demonstrated
extraordinary circumstances warranting reconsideration under Section 102.48(c)(1) of
the Board’s Rules and Regulations.
