The Charging Parties’ Motion for Reconsideration of the Office of the Executive
Secretary’s August 13, 2020 denial of Charging Parties’ Motion to Strike the
Respondent’s Exceptions as untimely is GRANTED. Given this disposition, the
Charging Parties’ only argument in support of its Motion to Strike Respondent’s Cross-
Exceptions--that the Respondent cannot file both Exceptions and Cross-Exceptions--is
no longer applicable. Accordingly, the Motion to Strike Respondent's Cross-Exceptions
is DENIED.
