FURTHER ORDERED that claims 1-5 of Patent 8,105,760 be cancelled 3
(35 U.S.C. § 135(a) (2006)); 4
FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this judgment be made of record in 5
the files of Patents 8,105,760 and Application 13/489,683; and 6
FURTHER ORDERED that if there is any settlement agreement or related 7
documents which have not been filed, attention is directed to 35 U.S.C. § 135(c) 8
