Office’s refusal to register applicant’s mark
TRIUMPH FITNESS and design, on the ground of likelihood of
confusion under Section 2(d) of the Trademark Act of 1946, 15
U.S.C. §1052(d):

Applicant filed a timely request for reconsideration on
November 9, 2012. However, applicant did not file a brief
therewith, explaining any rationale therefor.
Because no error in the Board’s findings or discussion was
alleged, nor do we find any, applicant’s request for
reconsideration is denied.
