The Board, having been advised by Local 801, United Electrical, Radio and Machine Workers of America, 9 East Fifth Street, Dayton, Ohio, that it desires to have its name removed from the ballot in the election directed by the Board in this proceeding, hereby amends its Direction of Election by striking therefrom the words "whether said employees desire to be represented by Pattern Makers' League of North America, or by United Electrical, Radio and Machine Workers of America, Local 801, C. I. 0., for the purposes of collective bar- gaining, or by neither," and substituting therefor the words "whether or not said employees desire to be represented by Pattern Makers' League of North America, for the purposes of collective bargaining." 1 23 N.
