Foundry Company, Division of the Dayton Malleable Iron Co., Day- ton, Ohio, including those employees associated directly with produc- tion and maintenance, but excluding foremen, assistant foremen, timekeepers, clerical and technical employees, and other employees having the right to hire and discharge,; as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to the provi- sions of Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, Local 806, United Electrical, Radio & Machine Workers of America, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
