In the Matter of EAVENSON & LEVERING Co. and TEXTILE WORKERS' ORGANIZING COMMITTEE , AFFILIATED WITH THE C. I. O. Case No. C-693 AMENDMENT TO DECISION December 33, 1938 On July 26, 1938, the National Labor Relations Board, herein called the Board, issued a Decision and Order 1 in the above-entitled pro- ceeding. The Board hereby amends its Decision by deleting the words "from May 23 through June 7, 1938," immediately preceding the word "be- fore," in the first sentence of the third paragraph in the section en- titled "Statement of the Case," and by inserting the words "on May 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, and 31 and on June 1, 2, 3, and 7, 1938, at Camden, New Jersey, and on June 6 and 7, 1938," immediately preceding the words "at Philadelphia," so that the entire sentence, as amended, will read as follows : "Pursuant to notice, a hearing was held on May 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, and 31 and on June 1, 2, 3, and 7, 1938, at Camden, New Jersey, and on June 6 and 7, 1938, at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, be- fore Herbert A. Lien, the Trial Examiner duly designated by the Board." Except as hereby amended, the Decision remains in full force and effect. 18 N. L. R. B. 602. 10 N. L. R. B., No. 66. 785
