AMENDMENT TO DIRECTION OF ELECTION
July 26, 1940
A Second Supplement to Decision, Supplemental Order and Di=
rection of Election having issued in the above-entitled proceedings'
and the Regional Director for the Fourth Region having requested
that the period within which the election directed in said Direction
of Election is to be held, be extended for an additional period; now,
therefore. '
IT IS ORDERED that the Direction of Election herein be, and the
same hereby is, amended by striking therefrom the following words
and figures, "not later than thirty (30) days from the date of this
Direction of Election" and substituting-in lieu thereof the following
words and figures, "not later than sixty (60) days from the date of
this Direction of Election."
MR. WILLIAM M. LEISERSON took no part in the consideration of the
above Amendment to Direction of Election.
