C-192 and R-815, respectively CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES January 2, 1940 On November 1; 1939, the National Labor Relations Board, herein called the Board, issued its Decision, Order, and Direction of Election in the above-entitled proceedings.' Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was conducted on November 25, 1939, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Sixteenth Region (Fort Worth, Texas). On November 27, 1939, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article 111,2 Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, issued and duly served upon the parties his Election Report. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. As to the results of the secret ballot, the Regional Director reported as follows : Total number of ballots counted______________________________ 312 Total number of votes for United Garment Workers of America, Local No. 181 (A. L. R. B. 18. 2 The Election Report erroneously states that it is made pursuant to Article II. 19 N. L. R. B., No. 4. 22 DICKSON-JENKINS MANUFACTURING COMPANY 23 IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that Amalgamated Clothing Workers of America, Local No. 303, has been designated and selected by a majority of the production employees, including porters and the size-ticket maker, but excluding the stockman, the general utility man, mechanics, shipping clerks, and line supervisors, employed by Dickson-Jenkins Manufacturing Company, Fort Worth, Texas, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining and that, pursuant to the provisions of Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, Amal- gamated Clothing Workers of America, Local No. 303, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
