In the Matter of DELAWARE FLOOR PRODUCTS, INC. and UNITLD RUBBER `YORKERS OF AMERICA, LOCAL 180 Case No. R-1960 CERTIFICATION OF, REPRESENTATIVES September 6, 19,10 On August 7, 1940, the National Labor Relations Board, herein called the Board, issued a Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled proceeding., Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was conducted on August 10, 1940, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Fourth Region (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania). On August 20, 1940, the Re- gional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, 6fNatiohal Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulatione-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report on the ballot. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. (a) of the At, United Rubber Workers of America, Local" 180, -affiliated -with the Congress of Industrial Organizations,..is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other condi- tions of employment.
