ORDER PERMITTING WITHDRAWAL OF PETITION
April 16, 1940
The Board having issued a Decision, Order and Direction of
Election in Cases Nos. C-912, R-954, and R-955,1 and, by Order
duly made, having severed Case No. C-912 from Cases Nos. R-954
and R455, and, thereafter, Textile Workers Organizing Committee
and Committee for Industrial Organization having requested per-,
mission to withdraw the petition. filed in Case No. R-954, and the
Board, on April 9, 1940, having given due notice that on April 15,
1940, or as soon thereafter as might be convenient, it would permit
the withdrawal of the said petition, unless sufficient cause to the con-
trary should then appear, and no objections having been filed with
the Board,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the request of Textile Workers Organ-
•',izing Committee and Committee for Industrial Organization- for
permission to withdraw the petition filed in Case No. R-954 be, and
it hereby is, granted, and that the aforesaid case be, and it hereby is,
closed.
