The Board, on September 6, 1938, having issued a Decision and
Order in the above-entitled case; , the United States Circuit Court
of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, upon a petition for a decree en-
forcing the said Order, having directed "the remand of the proceed-
ing to the Board for such action as it may deem proper"; and the
Board having duly considered the matter,
