The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The revised tally of ballots shows 145 ballots cast for the Petitioner, 153 ballots cast for the Intervenor, and 4 ballots cast against the participating labor organizations. There were 0 challenged ballots, an insufficient number to affect the results. 2 No exceptions have been filed to the hearing officer's report within the time provided.
