Cherry Cotton MillsDownload PDFNational Labor Relations Board - Board DecisionsAug 31, 19388 N.L.R.B. 987 (N.L.R.B. 1938) Copy Citation In the Matter of CHERRY COTTON MILLS and LOCAL No. 1824, UNITED TEXTILE WORKERS OF AMERICA Case No. C-69 ORDER SETTING ASIDE FINDINGS AND ORDER August 31, 1938 The Board having issued its findings and order in the above case on December 30, 1937; 1 and the Board having given due notice that on August 31, 1938, unless sufficient cause to the contrary should then appear, it would vacate and set aside its findings and order for the purpose of further proceedings before the Board; and the Board having considered certain objections to the vacating and setting aside of said order made on behalf of the said Cherry Cotton Mills, and no sufficient cause to the contrary appearing, and the Board de- siring to take further proceedings in this matter; IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the findings and order of the Board in this case, made December 30, 1937, be, and they hereby are, set aside ; and that the Board shall take such further proceedings herein as it may be advised are necessary or desirable. 14 N.
